Our team will ship your order using the fastest available courier, including Canada Post Expedited Parcel or UPS Standard, depending on availability in your area. Below are the estimated shipping times for major cities:

Shipping time to Atlantic Canada varies and is usually no more than 7 business days via Canada Post.

After placing your order, our standard processing time is 1-2 business days to package most orders before shipping. 98% of all orders are delivered within 5 days of being placed. However, carrier delays and unforeseen events may cause delays that are beyond our control. Ordering early is always recommended.

Whenever possible, orders are sent via courier with a 1-3 business day shipping time across Canada. Major cities are served within 1-2 business days, while smaller towns and cities may require 3 business days.

Orders being delivered to rural areas or PO Boxes that require Canada Post can expect a longer delivery time of 1-7 business days.

Shipping times refer to transit days after the courier has received your package. This is separate from processing time, which typically takes 1-2 business days depending on order volume. Transit days and processing times are based on Monday - Friday and exclude weekends and holidays.

Orders under $99 (before tax) have a flat-rate shipping fee:

Lost or Stolen Packages

Vos Collection Canada and the courier (Canada Post, Purolator, UPS) are not liable for packages marked as Delivered that are subsequently stolen or go missing. If a package disappears after being marked as delivered:

  • Report the theft to your local Police Department.

  • File a claim with your home insurance.

  • We cannot issue refunds or resend products for lost or stolen packages.

To avoid this, please ensure someone is available to receive your package or contact the courier to schedule a delivery time. All couriers log GPS location at the time of delivery, and this data will be used as proof that the package was properly delivered.

Return to Sender, Undeliverable, or Refused Packages

Packages that are returned to us as "Return to Sender," "Undeliverable," or "Refused" will not be fully refunded. The refund will be deducted for:

  • The full actual cost of shipping (a receipt will be provided).

  • A 20% restocking fee.

If you want the package resent, a small additional fee may apply.
