How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our team will ship your order using the fastest available courier, including Canada Post Expedited Parcel or UPS Standard, depending on availability in your area. Below are the estimated shipping times for major cities:

  • Montreal: 1-4 Business Days
  • Ottawa: 1-4 Business Days
  • Toronto: 1-3 Business Days
  • Winnipeg: 2-3 Business Days
  • Regina :1-2 Business Days
  • Calgary: 1 Business Day
  • Edmonton: 1 Business Day
  • Vancouver: 2 Business Days
  • Victoria: 2 Business Days

Shipping time to Atlantic Canada varies and is usually no more than 7 business days via Canada Post.

Orders under $99 (before tax) have a flat-rate shipping fee:

$99+ (Pre-Tax) → FREE Shipping

How soon until my order ships?

After placing your order, our standard processing time is 1-2 business days to package most orders before shipping. 98% of all orders are delivered within 5 days of being placed. However, carrier delays and unforeseen events may cause delays that are beyond our control. Ordering early is always recommended.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

VOS Collection and the courier (Canada Post, Purolator, UPS) are not liable for packages marked as Delivered that are subsequently stolen or go missing. If a package disappears after being marked as delivered:

  • Report the theft to your local Police Department.
  • File a claim with your home insurance.
  • We cannot issue refunds or resend products for lost or stolen packages.

To avoid this, please ensure someone is available to receive your package or contact the courier to schedule a delivery time. All couriers log GPS location at the time of delivery, and this data will be used as proof that the package was properly delivered.

Returns

Returns for online orders cannot be processed in-store.

We accept returns on unopened products in their original, sealed packaging within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for shipping the return, in accordance with the Return Shipping Guidelines set out below, and all associated costs. Once received, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment. Original shipping and handling costs are non refundable.

Opened or used products are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition, including all packaging, to be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns in our sole discretion.

If your order included a promotional item (including free gifts or samples), it must also be returned, or the value of the gift will be deducted from your
refund.

Exchanges : We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different product, you must return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

Return Shipping Guidelines: If returning an item valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking confirmation.
